At Modani Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your selection, our flexible return policy allows you to return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and packed securely in all original manufacturer packaging to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Coordinate with our logistics team to arrange for a professional carrier pickup or drop off the item at a designated Modani warehouse location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
